5. The equipment has a self-cleaning function, a self-cleaning device used to remove dust and static electricity from license plates;

6.The hot stamping rubber roller adopts imported silicone rubber with a temperature resistance of up to 300 ℃. It uses double drum internal heating to fully heat the rubber roller and improve its endurance;

7.The rubber roller uses pneumatic lifting, and in the event of an unexpected power outage, the pneumatic rod will lift the rubber roller to protect it from damage;

8.The conveyor belt, in conjunction with the entry and exit plate rollers, ensures that the license plates are smoothly and accurately fed in and out;

9.The device has a timed power on/off function, which facilitates preheating before work. At the same time, it has a temperature protection function. If the set temperature is not reached, the device cannot work to prevent insufficient temperature from causing unsuccessful hot stamping. Moreover, the rubber roller lifespan reminder and temperature out of control alarm functions facilitate real-time monitoring of equipment status and daily maintenance.
